Globalization, political tensions, economic power struggles — the world’s never been more interconnected, and the need for savvy international relations professionals has never been greater. Enter Dar Al-Hekma University’s Master of International Relations (MAIR) program.
This is where future leaders are shaped to tackle today’s global challenges head-on. You dive deep into international dynamics—the art of diplomacy, the intricacies of international law, or the pulse of global economics. You’re also setting yourself up to be at the forefront of change. And to do that, you’ll be prepared to navigate and lead in a world where political and economic shifts happen in real-time.
At Dar Al-Hekma University, you gain a perspective that empowers you to make a tangible impact across borders, industries, and societies. So, if you’re ready to engage with the complexities of international relations, this program will equip you with everything you need to succeed and lead. The world needs professionals who understand what’s happening globally, and how to shape it — and that starts with you.
Get Real-World Training in International Relations
The MAIR program was made with help from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, one of the best schools for international relations. That means you’ll earn fresh, real-world knowledge. The program mixes political science, economics, and law, so you get a full picture of how the world works.
You’ll learn to ask and answer big questions:
How do we solve fights between countries?
What will the future of world trade look like?
How can leaders use peace talks and agreements to make things better?
And you won’t just be sitting in a classroom. Part of our program includes internships where you’ll work with international companies or government offices. You’ll get to see how things work up close, meet people in the field, and build skills that employers seek.
Choose International Law or Economics
Everyone’s interested in different things, and this program lets you pick what excites you most. You can focus on International Law if you care about rights, laws, and agreements between countries. Or, if you’re curious about money, trade, and global markets, you can go for International Economics. Either way, you’ll be working with experts who can guide you, answer your questions, and help you get ready for a job you’ll actually love.
This program is flexible too. We understand that you might have a job, family, or other responsibilities. That’s why there are evening classes and shorter, focused courses you can take when it fits your schedule.
One of the best parts of the MAIR program is the people you’ll meet. The students and teachers come from different countries, with different stories and experiences. That way, you’ll learn from each other. You’ll hear what it’s like to live in other places, how different governments work, and what challenges people face in their parts of the world—a great way to open your mind and see things from a new point of view.
Careers That Take You Places
When you finish this program, a lot of doors will be open for you. Graduates go on to work in law, diplomacy, government, business, and international organizations. The skills you learn here — like how to think clearly, communicate well, and lead with confidence — are the ones global companies and governments look for.
Dar Al-Hekma also offers scholarships to help students focus on learning. That way, you can keep your eyes on your goals and make the most of your educational experience.
Your Chance to Make a Difference
The truth is, the world’s problems won’t fix themselves. It takes people like you — people who care, who are curious, and who want to be a part of something bigger. The MAIR program gives you just the education and experiences you need to help build a better future.
You don’t have to stand on the sidelines and watch others make the decisions. This is your chance to be a leader, to understand the world better, and to help improve it. The world is changing fast. The only question is: are you ready to be a part of it?
